ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
AGE REQUIREMENTS
To rent a vehicle from Dynasty Motorsports, the primary driver must be at least 21 years of age at the time of rental. Valid proof of age, such as a government-issued driver's license or passport, will be required during the reservation process.
Please note that certain high-performance, exotic, or specialty vehicles may impose stricter age restrictions, typically requiring drivers to be 25 years or older. These enhanced requirements are in place to ensure safety and compliance with our insurance policies.

DRIVER'S LICENSE
To rent a vehicle from Dynasty Motorsports, the primary driver must possess a valid driver's license issued by a recognized authority and held for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the rental date. A digital or physical copy of the license must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
International Driving Permits (IDPs) or valid foreign driver's licenses are accepted, provided they are accompanied by the original national license (if required by local regulations) and remain valid throughout the rental period. All documents must be in Roman alphabet or include an official translation.
Temporary, learner's, or provisional licenses are not accepted for luxury or high-performance vehicles. For verification purposes, we reserve the right to request additional identification. Please contact our team in advance if you have questions regarding license eligibility.
A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) issued in the renter’s name is required for all transactions, including rental charges and a refundable security deposit. Debit cards, prepaid cards, or cash are not accepted. The card must have sufficient available credit to cover the full estimated rental cost plus the deposit (typically $1,000–$5,000, depending on vehicle class). The hold will be released upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to final inspection.
CREDIT CARD & DRIVING RECORD
Dynasty Motorsports reserves the right to review your driving record through official channels prior to approving any rental. A clean or near-clean driving history (no major violations, DUIs, or at-fault accidents within the past 36 months) is mandatory for high-performance, exotic, or specialty vehicles. Minor infractions may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Failure to meet our standards may result in rental denial or restriction to standard luxury models. Please disclose any relevant history during booking.
INSURANCE POLICY
All renters must provide proof of full coverage auto insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum liability requirements of the rental jurisdiction and explicitly extends to luxury, exotic, or high-performance vehicles. This documentation must be presented at vehicle pickup and remain valid for the entire rental period.
For added protection, Dynasty Motorsports offers optional supplemental insurance packages available for purchase at the time of reservation or checkout. These include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Supplemental Liability Protection, and Personal Effects Coverage.
Alternatively, comprehensive coverage may be acquired on-site through our trusted partner, Elite Daily Counter Insurance.
